Lotus Tarot, Judgement Day

Coming To An End - Judgment Card

Hi Jennifer bagley. There are times in our lives when we must accept inevitable change and allow things to come to a natural end.

The Judgment card is often referred to as a time of resurrection and awakening, a time when a phase or period of our life comes to an absolute end making way for dynamic new beginnings.

It may be that a long-term relationship or marriage has had its time and whilst it may feel painful to accept this finality, the Judgment card is saying try and accept that this is a time of fast-moving, positive change and action for you.

Whether it's the end of a career, a time when your children have flown the nest, or a turn of events that make you wish your life was different, this card represents karmic change and it indicates that bigger and better things are yet to come into your life.

Quite often, fantastic events and opportunities follow sad and difficult challenges and this card can represent any events that may feel like 'Judgment Day' has come. Changes that may be indicated upon the appearance of this card can be significant, so this would not be a time for regret and fear but a time for courage and rejoicing in what you have achieved and what you are yet to achieve.

Your life may well pick up a pace when this card appears, so whatever future possibilities are indicated in your reading, these events may happen quite quickly.

If the Judgment card comes up in a reading about legal issues, it is a positive sign that any ruling will be in your favor. However, if this card is surrounded by negative cards, it may indicate legal battles ahead and the possibility of having a ruling made against you.

In general readings, if this card is surrounded by negative cards, it could be that the swift conclusions foretold by the positive aspect of this card may be delayed. This can mean that you are fearful of such significant change and may be ignoring opportunities that may well promise a brighter future.

I also feel that when this card comes up, it's important to use your own judgment wisely and not to judge yourself too harshly. It is a signal for you to open your heart and mind to accept that all things come to an end and nothing lasts forever, yet for each ending there is always a new beginning.

Embrace such significant and inevitable change and a whole new world of opportunity can unfold for you – the Judgment card is a calling for you to be all that you can be.

Respectfully,
LT

Right Mastectomy

I will be adding a a YouTUbe video as soon as I upload it to my computer, having technical issues with transferring from SD Card to my computer.

I am 6 days post right mastectomy. I am still pretty sore and tired. I was feeling really good in the beginning. My body doesn't like the drain that is in my chest. I remember back in December when I had the Axillary Dissection, I had a drain for about 2 weeks. By the end of those 2 weeks, my body hurt, my joints hurt and I was very tired. I hate having the drain in my side. It hurts so much when I move.

But I have to look at the bright side of things.....I don't have to worry as much about having a second breast cancer return. Before I had an increased 25% chance of having a second breast cancer because of the Lobular Cancer. My decision was made. I don't really want to do this again in 5-10 yrs. Once in a lifetime was enough.

I am "cancer-free" (though there is a very small, tiny doubt where there may be some cells somewhere that are abnormal). But I'm not going to think about it. I am positive that the Chemotherapy and Radiation killed all cells. I had 3 of  10 Lymph nodes positive for carncinoma. It has all been removed from my body.

I have changed since having breast cancer. I am being PROACTIVE. I'm not gonna hide in my shell like some  breast cancer survivors do. They think that once it is over, it's over. IT'S NEVER OVER. Your life as you knew it has changed. PERIOD. I am going to help others that are going through it or gone through it. Whether you are a 1 month Survivor or 30 + year Survivor, I will invite you to the Support Group.

I will be starting up a Support Group at the Newport Cultural Center, Breast Cancer Survivors. Open House on April 21st. If you are a Survivor, or know someone that is a survivor, have them email me or contact the Cultural Center. my email is     jbagleyfnp@hotmail.com or send me a message via Facebook.

I will start a FB page for the Newport Breast Cancer Survivor Group. Open group.

I am working on a Volunteer app for the Caring Connections and the Y in Bangor so they will be backing up my group.

I want to thank everyone whom has helped during these last 10 Hard Months for my family.

Troy, I love you so much and can't wait to go to the movies next week with you. Just you and me like on our first date back in 1994. Remember dancing at Finnegan's? lol soo funny. I love you with all my heart.

Lotus Flower Tarot

Earth Magic Tarot  Cards.

My pick for today is:

Lotus Flower

Unfoldment

The lotus flower sits upon one of its leaves, having risen to the surface as the sun--held in the hand of God--invites it upward to the light. This unique plant is rooted in the mud and muck at the bottom of a body of water, its stem reaching up to the surface, where the leaves rest quietly. At nighttime the flower closes and sinks below the surface, only to rise with the daylight and once again gradually unfold its petals, its stem extending above the waterline three feet or more,

What we learn from this amazing plant is how our own spiritual path unfolds and opens to the light, then at times gently folds in on itself for a proper rest when the daylight fades. This period is just as necessary as the growth, for it allows the plant to integrate what it has gained in nourishment during the day. It's also just as important that it is rooted, and yet another miracle of Nature that something so exquisitely beautiful is formed from the mud and silt at the water's bottom.

Your spiritual unfoldment is occurring whether you are aware or not. The Stem is the grounding wire of your spirituality. Your soul is constantly reaching out for karmic destiny in the light, but even in that process there are periods of darkness and times to rest. It is a natural cycle, one that can not be truly coerced or halted. It has an intimate rhythm of its own, one that is unique to the being that is you. You do not need to strive or be driven by spiritual ambition, it does no good to try to force growth upon yourself or others, for that matter, allowing is the key here. Allow the place in you that naturally wants to follow the light to do so well recognizing that even when you have complete faith, you will face challenges and, occasionally, suffering. Your steady faith and love will guide you on your journey of returning to the light.
